ClockIn subscription terms

Last updated: 2026. This is a plain-English starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on it.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your subscription to ClockIn ("the Service"), provided by Pixrweb ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you ("the Customer") agree to them. They sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

ClockIn is a time-tracking web app for teams: your workers clock in and out from their phones, hours are recorded against jobs, and the office can export payroll-ready figures. We provide the Service on a rolling monthly basis. There is no limit on the number of team members you may add.

3. Fees

  • Setup fee: a one-off charge of £100 (GBP), taken at the start of your subscription. The setup fee is non-refundable once we have begun setting up your account.
  • Subscription fee: £30 (GBP) per month, charged in advance, from the date you subscribe and on the same day each month thereafter.
  • All fees are stated in pounds sterling and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Payment and card storage

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. When you subscribe, you authorise us and Stripe to securely store your payment details and to charge the setup fee and the recurring monthly fee to that payment method until you cancel.

We do not see or store your full card number — card data is held by Stripe under their security standards (PCI-DSS). Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month and the monthly fee is charged to your stored payment method until you cancel. We'll let you know in advance of any change to the fees.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the manage your subscription page, which gives you access to our secure Stripe customer portal, or by contacting us at hello@pixrweb.com. When you cancel:

  • your subscription remains active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that;
  • we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a paid month unless required by law;
  • the one-off setup fee is not refundable.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If we're unable to take payment, we may suspend or end your access to the Service after giving you reasonable notice.

8. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your team enter into ClockIn. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request after cancellation we can provide an export of your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep ClockIn fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and will try to minimise disruption.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll give you reasonable notice by email or through the Service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
