The brief
ORR handle all electrical work and specialise in security — CCTV, alarms, access control, fire and safety — across Northern Ireland. They needed a site that felt modern and trustworthy, loaded instantly, and could be hosted anywhere cheaply.
What we did
We took their brand assets — the gold, the charcoal, the camera mark — and built a genuinely premium static site with no framework and no build step, so it runs on any host (GitHub Pages, Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare) for next to nothing.
The site leans on modern, tasteful technique:
- A glassmorphism nav that blurs on scroll.
- A high-contrast dark hero with an animated glow and grid mask.
- A bento-style services grid and animated stat counters.
- Scroll-reveal motion and micro-interactions throughout — all of it respectful of reduced-motion preferences.
The build
Pure HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript — deliberately dependency-free. SEO-ready with proper titles, descriptions, Open Graph and a sitemap. Fast by default because there's simply nothing heavy to load.
The outcome
A site that looks like it cost a fortune and runs like it weighs nothing — proof that "static" and "premium" aren't opposites.
Same studio, completely different toolkit. We pick the right stack for the job, not the one that's trendy.
